Company Secretary

Responsible for company secretarial works ranging from formation/incorporation of new companies, preparation of resolutions, minutes of meetings and other corporate secretarial matters such as deregistration of company and members voluntary liquidation.
- Maintaining and updating all the statutory records, register book and ensure proper filing of corporate secretarial documents at all times.
- Laise with internal and external parties, regulators and advisers where necessary.
- Handling new incorp, annual returns, circulations and any adhoc assignment as requested.
- Maintain and update statutory registers and ensure all statutory filings are made on a timely basis.
- Manage and update the secretarial client’s database and ensure all records are kept up to date.
- Experience in handling corporate legal matters
- Experience in handling corporate matters.
- Liaison with company secretariat
- Preparation of director claims
- Reporting directly to the directors
- Experience in handling insurance matters.
**; Requirements**:
- Preferably with at least 5 years working experience in company secretarial or related fields.
- Able to work under pressure and ensure timely completion of assignment and deadlines.
- Good communication skills for both in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision and meticulous in your work.
- Willing to travel whenever necessary.
