責任:
- 主動與消費者互動,了解他們的需求並推薦符合他們偏好的產品或服務。
- 進行產品演示和演示,以展示我們產品的功能和優點。
- 完成銷售並實現月度和季度收入目標。
- 隨時了解最新的產品功能、規格和行業趨勢。
- 參加定期培訓課程,以增強產品知識和銷售技巧。
- 有效地向客戶傳達產品詳細訊息,解決詢問和疑慮。
- 與客戶建立並維持牢固的關係,以培養忠誠度和回頭客。
- 跟進客戶售後,以確保滿意度並解決任何問題或疑慮。
- 跨部門合作,包括但不限於財務、物流、行銷和售後服務部門,以實現策略協調。
- 收集有關客戶偏好和市場趨勢的回饋,以幫助改善產品和服務。
- 為銷售團隊貢獻寶貴的見解並提供創新的解決方案,以提高銷售績效。
- 與銷售團隊合作,分享最佳實踐並為持續改進做出貢獻。
- 與行銷團隊合作,透過活動、展覽和路演制定有針對性的行銷活動和活動,以最大限度地提高品牌知名度和潛在客戶開發。
- 為店內客戶進行零售,進行現場銷售以吸引潛在客戶,並參與電話銷售活動,包括但不限於推銷電話和領導跟進。
- 成為品牌大使,並在所有銷售活動中體現公司的核心價值(可靠、不懈、足智多謀和尊重)。
- 在線並努力參加所有課程和培訓並完成所有培訓要求。必須完成電子學習課程。

要求:
- 商業開發、消費者銷售或任何相關領域的學士學位。
- 在消費者銷售、業務開發或任何相關領域擁有至少 5 年的豐富經驗。
- 了解數位/IT 工具和健身器材以及行業趨勢者優先。
- 解決問題和做出決定的能力。
- 優秀的人際溝通和溝通技巧,營造尊重和協作的工作環境。
- 可靠、準時地履行工作職責和期限,在所有任務中表現出強烈的責任感。
- 證明有能力堅持不懈並克服實現銷售目標的挑戰。
- 展現有效利用可用資源實現目標的能力。
- 重視多樣性,並以尊嚴和體貼的態度對待同事和客戶。
