Job Scope/Responsibilities
- You will be supporting our clients’ loyalty program by gathering and collaborating with brand owners in various industries such as FandB, consumer products, lifestyle, health and beauty and so many more.
- Analyse prospective new merchants to develop and grow a base for different campaigns/projects assigned to you by the team.
- Assist in liaising with our merchant partners through the campaigns. You will be negotiating with the merchants for the promotions/privileges/deals which are in aligned with the client’s goals and direction with the goal of furthering the merchant’s brand awareness in accordance with their strategy.
- You will assist to perform the general administrative functions of merchant managements. This includes the continuous follow-up support with both new and existing merchants. You will schedule meetings and coordinate strategies with the merchants.
- You will be responsible for attending to the client’s inquiries and concerns, to communicate with them on a timely manner to provide them information on the campaigns.
- Prepare reports whenever inquired by the management, client or merchant.
**; Requirements**: - Job Requirements
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Around 1-3 years of working experience in Sales and Marketing, Promotional Strategies, Communication and Advertising, or related roles.
- A good understanding of brick and mortar business or e-commerce is a added advantage.
- Possess at least a recognized Diploma/Degree/Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and the ability to speak Mandarin is added advantage.
- Possess a desire for success and hunger for knowledge and skills. Self-driven to learn from the team and outside sources.
- Able to analyse the situation and consider options that are out of the box solutions.
- An insightful individual able to provide new perspectives to our clients, merchants and management.
