JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist superior in daily branch administration and operation. Manage and response customer inquiries promptly, resolve complaints and provide up to date information to achieve excellent service. Ensure accurate and update information on system for both collections and inventory. Responsible for maintain and execute planned stock takes and support store operations and activities. Provide support and coordination in marketing activities/events. Conduct spot audit/support/visit to branches as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Candide must possess at least SPM or equivalent with minimum 1 year of working experience in related field. Applicant (Fresh Graduate) with no experience is welcome, training will be provided. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin for liaise with internal & external parties. Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office. Applicant must be willing to work overtime, able to do multitasking and go outstation. Able to work independently and under pressure.
SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
