To enhance our successful **Training Team** in AT&S Malaysia in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah, we are looking for a passionate

**TECHNICAL TRAINING COORDINATOR**
***:
**Your Responsibilities**:

- Training package review.
- Training material review.
- Trainer selection and coordination.
- Become trainer on some topics.
- Monitor trainee progress especially during OJT.
- Liaise with quality department, process owners, 3rd party.
- Assessments / evaluate trainee comprehension and training effectiveness.

***Your Profile**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in training/manufacturing related job
- Degree in Human Resources, Engineering or other related field
- Knowledge of IC substrate / PCB manufacturing process (especially Assembly and Test Processes)
- Experience working in high volume manufacturing environment
