**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service Excellence**:

- Develop and implement strategies to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Create a welcoming and engaging environment for customers of all ages.

**Management and Leadership**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the studio to ensure smooth functioning.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to maintain high standards of customer service.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Organizational Skills**:

- Manage scheduling and booking systems for art activities and events.
- Ensure the studio is well-organized and maintains a clean, inviting atmosphere.
- Monitor inventory and supplies, placing orders as necessary.

**Child-Friendly Environment**:

- Develop and implement programs and activities that engage and inspire children.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children participating in studio activities.
- Foster a positive and nurturing environment that encourages creativity.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in customer service and management roles.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations.
- Passion for art and creativity.
- Enjoy working with children and creating a fun, engaging environment.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
