**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide information to customers regarding Company’s services and products.
- Guiding customers through corrective steps for the registration process.
- Provide good quality service and support in a variety of areas.
- Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision-making. Handling issues in the best interest of both customer and Company.
- Inform customers about internal regulations and procedures of the Company.
- Follow up on the progress of the response to the customer.
- Ensure that all duties are done so in line with the necessary KYC, AML, and due diligence controls.
- Verify clients’ accounts for KYC set of standards and requirements.
- Approve funding for deposit and withdrawal clients.
- Monitor the dashboard if there are any technical issues.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
- Customer Support experience is required.
- Willing to work in **Shift Hours**.
- Able to communicate in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak other languages will be an advantage.
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office.
- Flexible, outgoing, problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills.
- Easy to follow instructions, work independently and a multitasker.
- Ability to work efficiently even under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
