Summary
1. Stop any unauthorized transaction in the day to day of the sales and technical operations of the Company/Group.
2. Authorized to act on behalf of the Company in matters related to interested parties and stakeholders.
3. Authorized to issue work instruction to related personnel.
- Accountable to manage and direct a sales force to achieve sales to government agencies through local system integrators (SI)
- Responsible to design and recommend security solutions to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential by increasing Government/GLC Sector sales volume.
- Familiar with SWOT analysis and government / GLC projects, tasks, operations, budgetary and completion timelines.
- Responsible to manage and assess potential business deals (B2B) by evaluating and analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential risks, and financials options which meet relevant customers or partners' need and goals.
- Accountable to formulate, develop and execute the Annual Business Plan and to work towards achieving those established KPI sales targets.
- Responsible to actively engage and foster positive relationships with potential and existing customers, able to work independently and aggressively.
- Responsible to ensure bid management, attending pre/post tender meetings, solution presentations.
- Responsible to present designed solution/architecture in post tender meetings and solution presentations to client/contractor.
- Able to manage manufacturers/ Distributors/sub-contractors, establish business relations and do commercial negotiations either independently or in joint participation with Projects and Engineering Departments of the Group.
- Required to participate and represent the Company in any assigned events as instructed by Management.
- Timely identification and compliance to all internal and external risk management aspects related to work performance in line with the Quality Management System of the Company.
- Execute any other related duties assigned to you from time to time by your immediate superior within the category of your employment in the Company.
- That you will not divulge any information concerning the Company of their dealing, transactions of affairs which may come to your knowledge during or in the course of your employment with the company.
- Comply with ISO9001 requirements and all existing Quality Policy Health & Safety Policy, Company Vision & Mission, Company Core Values, and other policies which shall be enforced by the Company.
Job Requirement
- Minimum MBD or Degree Electrical & Electronics or IT. Lower qualification can be considered with proven track record of work in related field or links to government/GLC related business.
- Knowledge and proficient with marketing-related software programs and website analytics tools
- Experience in security, AI environment and industry
- Ability to work independently with strong leadership competencies
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the product marketing field, and at least 3 years Product Marketing works.
- Other Job Requirements Product and marketing expert in respect to the business competition.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Accounts system understanding are basic requirement for this position
- Timely and accurate report generation capabilities
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
