Admin Support Executive

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- To liaise & establish new contacts of hotel / corporate trainers / vendors for any project or campaign.
- To explore further business opportunities around in the market and research / strategize to create new products.
- To assist in sourcing items / vendors for corporate events and ensure the items are delivered accordingly.
- To provide administrative support to the operation team or any related department.
- To assist in preparation of documentations, reports, training materials and maintain a proper filing system to ensure effectiveness of access/retrieval of documentation.
- To assist in any ad-hoc duties as and when required.
- To perform other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
