Job description:
1. Arrange monthly expenses (utilities, internet, rental, etc.)
2. Arrange repayment to suppliers
3. Cashbook
4. Key in data to system
5. Staff claim
6. Bank Reconciliation
7.Credit card repayment
8. Payroll (calculate salaries, arrange payment of salaries, epf, socso, eis, epcb, hrdf)
10. Liase with auditors, pass in audit adjustments
11. Post Job Vacancy, review resume, arrange interview, issue offer letter, issue confirmation employment letter after employees pass the probation, issue warning letter, issue termination letter
