Job description:
- Arrange monthly expenses (utilities, internet, rental, etc.)
- Arrange repayment to suppliers
- Cashbook
- Key in data to system
- Staff claim
- Bank Reconciliation
- Credit card repayment
- Payroll (calculate salaries, arrange payment of salaries, epf, socso, eis, epcb, hrdf)
- Liase with auditors, pass in audit adjustments
- Post Job Vacancy, review resume, arrange interview, issue offer letter, issue confirmation employment letter after employees pass the probation, issue warning letter, issue termination letter
