**The Position**:
Primary responsibilities include:

- Filling technical positions within an organization.
- Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization.
- Handling of administration and record-keeping.
- Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.
- Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
- Drafting and posting job descriptions.
- Preparing job offers.
- Networking with various institutions and social media.
**Qualification & Expectations**:

- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource.
- At least 1 year working experience in the HR field particularly in technical recruitment.
- Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Power Point. Familiar with current Social Media platforms.
- Knowledge of IT and technical roles.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and efficiently.
- Supervisory responsibilities.
**Salary & Benefits**:

- Basic Salary: RM3000
- Operating Days: (Mon to Fri)
- Work Location: KL Trillion, Kuala Lumpur
- Annual Leave: 12-days
- Medical Leave: 14-days
- Medical Benefit for Insurance Coverage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
