**Key Responsibilities**:
**Talent Acquisition**:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

**Interview Coordination**:
**Employer Branding**:

- Promote a positive employer brand by creating compelling job descriptions and engaging recruitment materials.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities.

**Onboarding Support**:

- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies and culture.

**Recruitment Metrics and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and source of hire.
- Provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities and performance.

**Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment processes.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an internal HR recruiter or in-house talent acquisition role.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
- Preferably Chinese-speaking individuals.

**Job Types**: New-Grad, Full-time

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
