Your Role

The APAC & MEA Learning and Engagement (L&E) Specialist is an exciting role in our region. This role partner with the Learning and Engagement Manager & HRS Talent Lead of the region in the execution of training and engagement surveys. This is a hands on and dynamic role, which involve coordinating core & leadership Learning and Engagement programs as well activities across the various markets in the region.

In this role, you have to have strong customer-centric mindset, you have the agility to adapt to varying learning and development needs from different markets within APAC & MEA region. You are driven by results that matter to our business and our employees.

A Typical Day

As learning and engagement specialist, putting our clients (employees, people leaders, business leaders, and HRBPs) at the heart of our value-creation process is critical for your success in this role. Your days will be exciting working with stakeholders on the following:
CORE LEARNING AND ENGAGEMENT
- Facilitate onboarding core Electrolux training virtually and face to face; ensure that mandatory onboarding learning is follow through in the 1st 90 days of new employees
- Curate eLearning content based on Learning plans and priorities for the region
- Manage the regional learning calendar
- Align and review with L&E Manager on all Learning programs being requested to be uploaded on Electrolux LMS
- Partner with Learning and Engagement manager for Learning newsletter and sharepoint content
- Execute the end to end process of uploading and testing of learning programs into the Electrolux LMS
- Manage inquiries sent through Learning shared mailbox
- Draft and review with Learning and Engagement Manager communications and invitations
- Send all learning program invitations to relevant invitee list; Manage online learning registrations
- Arrange/coordinate learning and development program logistics
- Execute learning & development evaluations
- Provide support in all Employee Engagement survey reports and analysis

VENDOR MANGEMENT AND FINANCE LIAISON
- Work with Leaning and Engagement Manager on learning programs that we partner with vendors
- Maintain vendor master list and contract repository of all regional learning partners/vendors
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with vendors
- Manage all cost recharging to business and liaise with finance to ensure that programs are charged back to clients on time
- Manage timely vendor registration and invoice processing
- Ensure that all vendor payments are processed on time

LEARNING REPORTS and DATABASE MANAGEMENT
- Manage various Learning and Development reports on a regular basis
- Learning and Development Dashboard
- Learning / Program Evaluation Reports
- Ensure accuracy of data on all reports and databases
- Database Management
- Learning and Development Tracker / Report
- Learning and Development vendors database
- Maintenance of Learning & Development TEAMS site
- LinkedIn Learning
- LI Learning Usage dashboard
- LI Learning administration

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Make sure that learning processes are streamlined and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support the Learning and Engagement Manager in CI initiatives to review learning offering and learner experience
- Secure the processes that are managed are always documented and updated based
- Identify processes that can be streamlined to create more efficiencies.

Ensure up-to-date knowledge on Learning & Development module of our HR Management System

Knowledge of Learning & Development policies and guidelines

You have to have a can-do attitude with excellent learning portfolio execution experience. You need to be confident in communicating and co-creating with senior business leaders, senior HR leaders and HRBPs.
