Perform front desk duties, including welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members or departments.
- Manage filing, records and all relevant paper work for the school
- Document and track all interactions and resolutions in the school's CRM system, maintaining accurate records of student and parent communications.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as managing incoming and outgoing mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
- Coordinate and support school events, including parent-teacher conferences, open days, and other school activities.
- Continuously strive to exceed customer satisfaction targets by delivering exceptional service and proactively identifying opportunities to improve the school's customer service processes.
- **Required**_
- Fluency in English is a must & other languages such as Chinese/Mandarin will be an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
