Junior Human Resource Executive

**TUGAS UMUM**
1. Menguruskan dokumentasi sesuai dengan arahan yang diberikan (cth: kertas kerja, slide perbentangan, master copy jadual operasi, dll)
2. Melakukan kerja-kerja pemfailan dengan teratur bagi fail-fail yang melibatkan dokumen berkaitan Sumber Manusia seperti cuti, akta kerja, termination dll.
3. Menyediakan surat menyurat, seperti yang diminta oleh staf dan doktor.
4. Mengemaskini Buku Polisi Syarikat dari semasa ke semasa.
5. Menyimpan dan mengemaskini rekod peribadi pekerja.
**PENGAMBILAN PEKERJA BARU**
1. Melakukan proses pengambilan staf secara keseluruhan bermula dari pengiklanan jawatan kosong di platform pencarian kerja.
2. Melakukan proses tapisan bagi calon yang layak.
3. Menghubungi calon-calon tersebut bagi menetapkan tarikh untuk sesi temuduga.
4. Menguruskan segala dokumen bagi sesi temuduga.
5. Menghadiri sesi temuduga bagi jawatan-jawatan tertentu.
6. Bersedia untuk melaksanakan program induksi kepada staf baru.
**LATIHAN DAN PEMBANGUNAN**
1. Menyediakan dokumen dan modul bagi program latihan yang akan diadakan.
2. Memberikan kerjasama yang baik kepada Pengurus Sumber Manusia dan Ketua Jabatan bagi memastikan program latihan berjalan dengan lancar.
3. Berkomunikasi secara baik dengan staf yang terlibat dengan latihan tersebut.
**PAYROLL**
1. Menyediakan laporan bagi proses yang melibatkan payroll bagi semua cawangan.
2. Membuat rumusan pengiraan cuti bagi membantu Pengurus Sumber Manusia membuat pengiraan gaji
3. Membuat pengiraan dan semakan nilai KWSP, Perkeo & SIP berdasarkan gaji kasar setiap pekerja.
5. Membuat pengiraan bagi OT, Commission, Claim, Mileage dan menyediakan laporan commission
**BADAN BERKANUN**
1. ‘Key in’ KWSP, Perkeso & SIP didalam sistem
2. Menghantar draf kepada Pihak Akaun dan Kewangan bagi urusan pembayaran.
3. Berhubung dan menjalinkan hubungan yang baik dengan pegawai-pegawai yang terlibat bagi menyelesaikan sebarang isu yang timbul.
4. Menyediakan EA Form dan penyatan pendapatan tahunan bagi Doktor sebelum Februari setiap tahun bagi tujuan E-filing.
**SISTEM HR**
1. Menguruskan sistem yang digunakan oleh staf bagi tujuan kehadiran.
2. Berhubung dengan pegawai yang terlibat jika timbul sebarang issue yang berkaitan.
3. Menyediakan module latihan bagi memudahkan staf menggunakan sistem.
4. Berkomunikasi dengan staf jika timbul sebarang isu dan permasalahan.
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
