Property Executive

**Job Requirements**:
- Possess Diploma in Property Management / Building Facilities, Diploma in Finance/ or any related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in the Building / Property Industry.
- Self-motivated, well organized and responsible.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Able to plan, conceptualize and implement.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong command of written English.
- Basic computer skills.
**Job Scopes**:
- Manage various in house & outsource services which include Security, Car Park, Cleaning, Landscape, Concierge & Building Maintenance.
- Supervise and monitor all the services rendered by service providers / contractors / sub-contractors’ staff
- Identify defects and recommend solutions by preparing adequate scope of works before calling / sourcing for contractors / suppliers / service providers to quote for rectification of works.
- Following up on defects rectification progress of facilities and common area.
- Carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the Company from time to time.
- Carry out routine building inspection, surveillance & improvement to ensure safety & security measures.
**Working Hours**:
- Working Hours: From 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
- Work Days: Monday to Saturday only
