**職責:**
- 履行一般管理職責,包括掃描、歸檔和準備文件以及簡單的庫存管理。
- 監控收到的信件和文件,處理來電。
- 協調和安排辦公室/辦公設備的維修和保養。
- 負責員工福利,如每日午餐的安排等。
- 協助董事預訂航班、住宿和地面安排
- 安排和協調會議,包括午餐和需要時的特別活動。
- 能夠與公司秘書、外部審計師和稅務代理人以及其他相關方聯絡。
- 在需要時能夠不時承擔額外職責。
- 能夠處理簡單的會計是一個優勢。
**要求:**
- 候選人必須至少擁有工商管理文憑、專業學位或同等學歷。
- 所需語言:英語、馬來語和國語/粵語
- 最好在該職位的相關領域擁有3 年工作經驗。
- 懂電腦-熟悉Microsoft Excel、Word 和Power Point。
- 能夠與各個層級進行良好溝通並進行團隊合作。
- 優秀的時間管理技能、決定工作優先順序的能力、強大的組織能力和多工處理能力。
