Provide professional advice and assist in marketing and operation processes.
- Support Reception Area.
- Manage inquiries and school tours.
- Manage all student visa/pass and guardian passes, including applying, renewing and canceling, by liaising with related government departments.
- To perform the full spectrum of marketing and administrative duties.
- Work closely with the Admission & Marketing team to market school events such as exhibitions and roadshows.
- update and maintain the database of students' information.
- Process paperwork for accepted students ⁠Examine the current admissions process.
- ⁠Provide students with information about the admissions process and attend inquiries accordingly.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum possess a Diploma in Business Administration or related fields.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the education or hospitality industry with involvement in customer relations or equivalent.
- Familiar with international school education and have some understanding of the expat community.
- Mandarin speaking is an added advantage.
- Proficient communicator both oral and written.
- Able to work beyond normal working hours when needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,807.34 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
