Personal Assistant

Plan all personal travel arrangements including air travel, ground transportation and accommodations
- To manage confidential documents, record and maintain good filling systems for smooth data retrieving
- To provide a high level of secretarial and administrative support to the Director
- Must maintain the strictest confidentiality of Director’s matters at all time
- Assist on accounts task such as preparing Director’s claim, preparing purchase requisition, payment voucher and cheques, verify all payment received against banks account/paypal/stripes, etc, issue invoice and official receipt by using SQL software and updating financial data into databases to ensure information is accurate and available in live time view
- To undertake special assignments, ad hoc functions and other related duties as and when required.
**; Requirements**:
- Someone with an accounting background is sought for this position
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Sheets is an advantage
- Able to speak in English, BM and Mandarin.
- Must have a good personality and have the ability to get along with a variety of personality types. Should be able to take direction and be self-motivated, as well as handle her responsibilities with little oversight.
- Must be goal-driven and results-orientated and able to follow up closely and to monitor progressively
- Good communication skills. Listening skills, motivational skills, problem-solving skills, creative thinking, able to come up with new ideas, computer literacy and organizational abilities are vital to the position.
- Possessing great personality and good traits like high integrity, being on time, positive attitude, strong work ethic, high energy, passion and coachable are a must to be in this position.
- Possess confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations.
- Must possess valid Malaysian driving license and able to drive own car to perform the work.
