**Working Location: Shah Alam, Meru, Bukit Jelutong & Alor Gajah**
- Oversee full spectrum of HR function and strategy including payroll, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, recruitment, employee welfare and training management.
- Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts.
- Regularly review manpower planning requirements with business lead to ensure the business is adequately resourced to the business plan.
- Conducting orientations and employee relations counselling.
- Ensure all employees’ strictly adherence to the company employment terms and conditions, rules, policies and practices.
- Provide guidance to the team members in running the day-to-day HR functions.
- Understand organisational and individual challenges, help the senior leaders to define the problem and identify root cause of the people related issues.
- Manage and oversee day to day general office administration and upkeep of office and assets.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as required by management.

**Job Requirement**:

- At least 4-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Knowledge of HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development and etc.
- Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office; Payroll/ HR software, HRMS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem solving and decision-making aptitude, strong ethics, and reliability.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
