**Customer Service Advisor**:
**Location **- Radius, Sdn. Bhd, Suite 7.05 Level 7, The Gardens North Tower, Mid Valley City, 59200, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
**Days of Work** - **Monday - Friday
Radius Payment Solutions are a highly regarded and successful Global Fleet Management Company, with offices across 5 continents. As a business, we offer Fuel Cards, Telematics, Telecoms and Insurance.
The Customer Service Advisor role requires a commercially astute, self-starting individual who can clearly demonstrate success in business to business services that others can aspire to.
The main focus of this exciting and challenging role is to manage all existing business.
**Responsibilities**
- Point of contact for assigned customers.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customers by anticipating their needs, resolve potential blocker faced by the customer to allow continuous dealing with Radius.
- Monitor and analyse customer's usage of our product to forecast and track sales metrics.
- Generate sales among existing clients, including upselling and cross-selling.
- Increase referrals from existing clients to grow company’s client base.
- Reduce the customer attrition rate by negotiating with customers and retaining them when they want to close their accounts with Radius Fuel Cards.
- Liaise with internal department to ensure customer focus is in line with company objectives.
- Any cross-departmental support on an ad-hoc basis.
- Respond to customer’s inbound enquiries in a timely manner, within target service level.
- Resolve customer issues by managing escalation and follow up.
- Admin support to specific report generation, data cleansing, data gathering etc.
**What experience / skills are we looking for?**
- Experience of client relationship/account management is preferred but not essential, full training will be provided.
- Strong Resilience skills and attitude to ensure top performing results.
- Ability to work on the following platforms: Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook and Excel.
- English and Bahasa Malay are essential, Mandarin Chinese is desirable
- Self-motivated and self-disciplined to follow the daily target driven structure
- First-rate communications skills; demonstrating confidence
- Ability to listen and articulate in all communication
- Adapt well to a changing environment
- Hard working and self-motivated with a desire to succeed.
