Job responsibilities
1. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the
organization’s objectives within the company.
2. Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding,
performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and
talent development.
3. Prepare, issue and maintain payroll information. Documentations of all HR reports
(for payroll) and staff records.
4. Manage overall payroll processing including monthly wages payment, prompt
submission of statutory payment and documents i.e. EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax
Deductions.
5. Perform other HR related duties as assigned by the Management.
6. Develop and implement a comprehensive KPI framework aligned with the
organization’s strategic goals, objectives, and values
Job requirements
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
- People oriented and results driven
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
