**Division: Sales / Marketing Reports To: Project Sales Manager**

Overall Job Function: To assists awareness of new products and establishment of new dealership. To capture more customers base and increasing sales revenue to achieve company sales target. To work together with Project Sales Manager with sharing competitor information and activities in the market place. To provide Company product information to dealers and corporate customers.

**Key Performance Area**:

- To expand our business by tele-sales of the electronics security products
- To create sales opportunity on existing corporate customers, propose strategic action plan to achieve monthly and quarterly sales target.
- To build and establish good relationship with dealers & sub-distributors.
- To work with Project Sales Manager to achieve company goals.

**Main Responsibilities**- Understand customer needs and requirements (orders, enquiries and complaints)
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Assist the Sales Team to close sales and achieve monthly sales target
- Attend to incoming calls and walk-in customers
- Provide price list to customers and prepare quotation for customers when required
- Provide tele-sales support to the sales team.
- Involve in Company’s product seminars and exhibitions
- Coordinate with Store/Logistic, Purchasing and Sales & Marketing departments to ensure on-time delivery of orders and services.
- Customer Relationship Management Software (Goldmine): To learn the software, key-in relevant information in relation to customers’ activities, update customers’ contact record, update and upload price list when necessary and etc.
- Any other sales and marketing related tasks assigned from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge: Tele Sales Marketing

**Skills**:

- Ability to explain about electronic products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Academic: BA/BS degree or equivalent
