Receptionist

Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible.
- Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
- Greet, assist and/or direct visitors to the meeting venues.
- Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
- Handling the incoming and outgoing mail
- Open and date stamp all general correspondence
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system on all related arrangements and requisitions.
- Assist in maintaining a current and accurate filing system for courier documentation.
- Assist in liaising with courier personnel on courier incoming and outgoing progress.
- Responsible on preparing courier monthly report for management review.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: From RM1,700.00 per month
