JOB SUMMARY
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Welcome visitors, determine nature of business and introduce/notify visitors to the relevant personnel, and resolve any related-issues.
2.Provide a professional and efficient reception service.
3.Project a friendly, welcoming attitude to all employees and visitors.
5.Receive any form of communications and ensure they are delivered to the relevant personnel on time.
6.Answer incoming calls, evaluate callers’ intentions, and route calls to the relevant personnel or department.
7.Receive, sort, distribute, and dispatch daily mail and parcels, while keeping detailed records of all transactions.
8.Manage office inventory such as stationery, equipment, and furniture.
9.Coordinate and set-up internal and external events as requested, including catering, set-up, cleanliness, and all other logistics issues.
10.Provide direction to the cleaner and caretaker, ensuring that a high level of service is provided.
11.Maintain cleanliness of the reception and office building, and provide timely feedback/report any areas of concerns with regards to the standards and condition of the premises to the immediate superior.
12.Manage all meeting rooms and coordinate with the relevant personnel professionally.
13.Oversee, monitor the employee's attendance, and leave records, and present the monthly report to the immediate superior.
14.Perform any other job/function and/or ad-hoc assignment that may be assigned, as and when required by the immediate superior.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
1.Must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration/Studies, Management, or related field.
2.At least five (5) years of working experience in the related field.
3.Excellent command of both verbal and written English and Bahasa and ability to communicate with diverse backgrounds and cultures.
4.Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
5.Able to handle office equipment: photocopy, binding, and laminate machine.
6.Willing to work at Pulau Indah, Port Klang.

4.Good working attitude and responsiveness.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
