**Location**: Kuala Lumpur, Kuching, Kota Kinabalu

**Position Overview**: As a Sales Manager within our Business Development Department, you will be instrumental in driving our growth strategy and expanding our reach. You will lead a team to achieve sales targets, develop and implement strategic sales plans, and forge strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your role will be critical in aligning our sales efforts with our mission to promote an organic lifestyle.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business goals and expand market share.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team to drive results and exceed sales targets.
- **Market Expansion**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients, partnerships, and markets to drive revenue growth.
- **Client Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term business development.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and adjust strategies to ensure targets are met.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with overall company goals and marketing campaigns.
- **Training and Development**: Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to succeed.
- **Customer Feedback**: Collect and analyze feedback from clients to continuously improve sales strategies and product offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the health and wellness or organic product industry.
- **Skills**:

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
