Duties and Responsibilities:
- To assist preparing report to JKR.
- Maintain an efficient filing system as per the standard system.
- Handle all filing of correspondence within the department, interdepartments and with outside organisation.
- Receive, opens, sorts and records all incoming mails/faxes.
- Bring to the attention of the Manager all daily correspondences and highlights to her all important matters that requires his attentions and action.
- Assist the Manager in photocopying documents, brochures etc.
- Type correspondence, memorandum, reports and faxes for the department accordingly to deadline.
- Answer all phone calls made to the department.
- Able to draft simple memos, faxes, respond to general inquiries and relay of information.
- Discharge such other duties and responsibilities as may be directed by the Superior from time to time.
- To perform other task as and when required by the company
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration/ Finance/ Account/ Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 year administrative experience.
- Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
- Attention to detail.
- Multilingual may be preferred or required.
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 8 months
