- Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Petroleum discipline
- Minimum ten (10) years of oil & gas experience, of which minimum three (3) years of subsea intervention supervisory role (experience in Malaysia is a plus)
- Knowledge of Subsea Intervention Vessel operations
- Has an approved International Well Control Forum (IWCF) Level 4 Certificate.
- Possess a valid BOSIET
- Has worked on at least three (3) type of subsea well intervention projects involving coiled tubing, acid stimulation, slickline and e-line operations.
- Able to support both office planning and offshore supervisory role
