**Responsibilities**
- Performing general office clerk duties or errands and assist management team in ways that optimize the work flow
- Managing filing system and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of database
- Keep up to date related licenses, contract renewal and services date
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages for related office and clinic equipment
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
- **Perform cashier duties when needed**

**Requirements and skills**
- Minimum SPM qualification or Diploma holder relevant to administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and others related computer skills
- Preferably can start work immediately
- Meticulous with good attention to details and good with numbers
- Able to write and communicate both Malay and English in fluently

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Taman Tun Dr Ismail: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (required)

**Experience**:
