Customer Care Executive

Established in 2005, the Family Podiatry Centre has a branch in both Singapore and Malaysia.The Singapore branch is 6 years old and growing. The Malaysian branch is 13 years old and serves patients from all parts of Malaysia. Our clinic specialises in treatment of conditions of the lower limb including the lower back. **Responsibilities**:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist patients with appointment scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Provide information to patients regarding clinic services, procedures, and policies.
- Address patient concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, including opening and closing procedures.
- Set up and maintain tidiness and cleanliness of clinical and general areas.
- Conduct and arrange inventory and maintenance checks of equipment, dressings, medication, etc.
- Assist with shoe and insole fitting and conduct foot assessments to patients
- Assists podiatrists in day-to-day clinic operations by providing services to patients.
- Coordinate patient flow to minimise wait times and optimise clinic efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Communications or Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in customer service.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, Chinese & Malay.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
