HR Executive

Perform full cycle of recruitment including job advertising, screening, interview arrangement, conducting reference check if required
- Checking and verify employees' monthly attendance, leave and expenses claims
- Conduct new hire orientation, preparation for new hire onboarding, arrange trainings and company events
- Involve in IR/ER, handle workplace misconduct, conduct Domestic Inquiry (DI) as when needed
- Handle the issuance of HR correspondence letter, warning letter, termination letter and memorandum
- Manage employee disciplinary matters and taken necessary disciplinary action
- To review, update Employee Handbook and ensure employees understand and comply with the HR policies and procedures
- To provide counselling to workers involved attitude and work-related issue
- Perform any other related duties assigned from time to time by the Management
**Requirements**:
- Able to work independent with minimum supervision, self-motivate and self-starter, organized, hardworking and result oriented
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
