Assistant Manager, Corporate Strategy

**Reports To**:
- Head of Corporate Planning
**Role Purpose**:
- Work with the Head of Corporate Planning to translate MAG vision and mission to articulate clear strategic priorities and action plans for the airline group
Translate Board / engagement with key stakeholders and sharedholders on strategic related matters
**Key Accountability**:
- Identify business priorities by each respective subsidiaries / entities to support group’s mission i.e. manpower planning, CEx roadmap, network optimisation, fleet strategy
- Evaluate macro-level developments i.e. markets, customers, regulations, competitor etc and the associated impact on the group’s business / undertake strategic review in response to these developments
- Assist in strategic review for the mainline as well at the group level (portfolio) every 3 years to ensure relevance. Execute and work with internal teams and consultants in developing clear strategic roadmaps, options and scenarios for the business
Lead special projects / initiatives to drive synergies across sister companies
Lead analysis to support decision making for business units / projects across MAG businesses
- Work with / collaborate with TMO to monitor / provide analytics support on key initiative identified by the business units
- Develop key performance targets to ensure alignment of division / subsidiaries to the broader group's long-term strategic focus
**Qualification & Experience**:
- Degree in Mathematics / Economics / Engineering / Business Studies witih 4-5 years experience in Business Planning, Project Management, Corporate Planning
**Skills & Knowledge**:
- APGNet, Industry O&D DDS, Industry Schedule SRS Analyzer, Financial Report, Route Report

- Reconcile the complexity and challenges between commercial, operations and financial requirements
