If you’re experimental and aren’t afraid to make mistakes, welcome- Here, you will formulate creative solutions for our customers, juggle numerous items in making them simple, own and drive initiatives, and collaborate with super fun and hard-working group of people who are utterly passionate about their mission.- THE CORE JOB: _
1. Vendor Relationship Management:
- Maintain a comprehensive vendor listing and engage with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and quality services.
- Assist in the negotiation of new contracts and the renewal of existing contracts, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Monitor vendor performance and escalate issues as necessary.
2. Meeting Coordination and Documentation:
- Schedule and coordinate key IT meetings, ensuring the participation of relevant stakeholders.
- Document meeting minutes, action items, and follow up on action plans to drive progress.
3. Process Improvement:
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of IT administrative processes, such as vendor management procedures.
- Communicate process updates to stakeholders and ensure adherence across the organization.
4. Operational Efficiency:
- Manage day-to-day operations, including Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order (PRPO) processing, ensuring compliance with administrative processes.
- Facilitate smooth payment processes and resolve any discrepancies.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate contract agreements, contract renewals, and other IT-related activities.
- Maintain positive relationships to foster collaboration and effective communication.
6. Ad-hoc Support:
- Provide assistance with various ad-hoc duties as assigned, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the IT operations.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Expertise in Microsoft Office skills especially PPT deck creations
- Strong interpersonal communications skills and good team player
- Strong ownership, time management and stakeholder management skills to oversee multiple tasks with detail-oriented strength.
- Willing to learn and flexible in adapting to the business needs.
- Good understanding of business processes and strategy development.
