**Power Consumption Monitoring**:Monitor, trend, and track monthly power consumption within the plant.

**Record Keeping**:Maintain comprehensive documentation and records of all electrical maintenance activities, equipment calibration, electrical PPE, and testing equipment.

**Plant Turn Around**:Actively participate in Plant Turn Around activities related to electrical work.

**Training and Development**:Attend required training sessions for professional development and conduct relevant electrical-related training for subordinates, technicians, and other non-electrical staff.

**Team Management**:Effectively manage and supervise subordinates, conducting performance appraisals as required.
