Accounting: 1. Oversee the daily accounting and financial, to ensure the smooth running of the departments in order to support the business operation. 2. To monitor, guide, supervise, review and verify work done by accounting and administration staff to ensure accounting records and systems comply with approved accounting standards, and statutory & tax requirements. 3. Responsible for credit control and cash flow. 4. Prepare accounting forecast for tax review, revision and submission. 5. Ensure all activities related to AR, AP, and GL functions are maintained in proper order and up to date. 6. Produce monthly branches and service department profit and loss statements. 7. Prepare companies monthly and yearly management accounts including stock list. 8. Other financial and analytical reports as required. 9. Initiate year-end stock take and audit process. 10. Liaise with auditor, tax agent, secretary and bankers. Administrative: 1. Oversee the daily administrative and HR functions to ensure the smooth running of the departments in order to support the business operation. 2. Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity. 3. Prepare detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses. 4. Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
