JOB DESCRIPTION - EXECUTIVE OFFICER TO CHAIRMAN
1. Executive support
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage the Chairman’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring optimal use of time.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and other executive engagements.
2. Communication Management
- Facilitate effective communication within the organization and with external parties.
3. Confidentiality and Discretion
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Screen and filter communications to maintain the Chairman’s privacy and protect confidential information.
4. Travel Coordination
- Arrange and coordinate travel plans, itineraries, and accommodation for the Chairman.
- Ensure that all travel arrangements align with the Chairman’s preferences and business requirements
5. Event Coordination
- Plan and coordinate special events, functions and meetings involving the Chairman.
- Manage logistics, invitations, and follow up activities related to events.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in executive support role or similar capacity with minimum 3-5 years.
- Legal background or understanding of legal processes and documentation.
- Ability to review and comprehend legal documents for the Chairman.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
- Possession of a valid driving license and reliable transportation.
- Availability to accompany the Chairman on business trips, both domestically and internationally.
- Possession of a valid passport for international travel.
- Knowledge of corporate governance and compliance matters.
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
