What you will do As a dedicated Voice Channel Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing top-notch customer service. Here is what's waiting for you:
- Focusing diligently on voice channels to swiftly address customer queries and take ownership of their concerns
- Striking the perfect balance between customer requirements and business objectives, showcasing your skills in sales and marketing techniques
- Expertly articulating and presenting information about our products while professionally managing high inquiry volumes
- Embracing accountability for individual KPIs and working cohesively towards team goals
- Mastering business strategies to enhance customer services, guiding clients toward efficient self-service solutions
- Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and actively collaborating with our Team Leaders and Managers
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian, giving you a chance to showcase your language skills.
- Good command of English to round out your communication abilities.
- Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role? That's a big plus '
- A minimum SPM qualification or relevant education certifications, showing that you have the fundamentals in place.
Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
