**JOB PURPOSE**

Customer Service Executive manages customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our operation inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Perform duties as assigned by manager

**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED**
- High proficiency in English + Mandarin (Both written + Spoken) + Cantonese (Plus Point)
- Must be able to work 24 hours rotational shift (9 hours per day, 5.5 days per week).
- Able to start work immediately.
- Able to cope with high volume of jobs and urgent matters
- Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have good problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Must have good teamwork skills and strong self-motivation.
- Good time management skills are essential, especially the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
