Product Sales Executive

**The Role**:
- As the Sales Associate, you will be responsible for expanding Nippon Paint’s market share in Automotive Refinish (AR) product segment by promoting our products, sourcing new market leads, establishing new accounts, and building and maintaining good relationships with the workshops. Your responsibilities will require you to communicate extensively with various stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Below is a synopsis of your job function:
- Coordinating marketing activities and campaigns to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills are important as you will be handling and managing customers’ complaints at dealers, commercial transport users, and workshops.
- Coordinate with depots on all AR administrative-related needs
- To handle the timely collection of sales order and debt, monitoring of debtor and reducing debtor days

- A person with a pleasant disposition and excellent interpersonal skills
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Business Management or any field of studies from recognised universities.
- Preferably with 1 - 2 years of working experience in the Automotive Refinish industry.
- **Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.** Training will be provided.
- Ability to converse in local dialects will be an added advantage.
- Fluent in both written & spoken English.
- Possess own transport.
