**POSITION OVERVIEW**
Perform duty as responsible for data entry key in and filling documents for management activity.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient and smooth day to-day operation.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Performs data entry and clerical duties.
- Manage, organize and maintain documents by performing filing and documentation work.
- Any ad-hoc tasks, duties and responsibilities assigned by superior.
- To support all production-related activities.
- Maintain good housekeeping of working environment and cleanliness of products at all the times.
- Able to work OT and weekends, Sunday if required.
- To perform materials / products issuing / receiving, materials handling jobs etc.
- Sort, organize, and store inventory in proper location. Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors.
- Wear safety gear at all times.
- Ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from aisles.
- Work as an active team member to complete team goals.
- Received stocks inbound and outbound checking from warehouse
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Able to read and communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply, having 1 year or above working experience in production or administration field would be an added advantage.
- Good time management skill.
- Good attitude, responsible, discipline and good in time management.
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
