ManpowerGroup Academy is a business unit under ManpowerGroup Malaysia that hires, trains and deploys trainees in the field of IT and Office support roles such as Admin, HR and Customer Service. Trainees received focussed and practical fulltime training period on both technical hard skills as well as soft skills. After the training period trainees are placed at a client for a secondment period of 12 to 18 months. During that period, they will receive coaching in order to make them successful and more valuable to the client.

**Section A: Position Purpose**
- This role is focused on continuous Revenue and Gross profit growth by Selling Academy Train-to-market and Train-to-client solutions by identifying potential B2B clients, understanding their needs and presenting Academy service solutions to clients.
- Selling our Train-to-client solution means developing a training program together with the client for a specific skillset. The Business Development Manager will become expert (SME) on Academy services and training programs.
- The role requires dedication and a structured sales practice to build and expand Academy client base and the ability to create, profitable partnerships with new clients through strong interpersonal and communication skills, marketing and strategic analysis, along with exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.

**Section B: Experience/Qualifications**

Essentials:

- 3+ years working experience with emphasis on sales, business development & sales proposal and support in the recruitment industry.
- Preferable work experience in IT work field.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent attitude, willingness to learn and develop.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
- Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Desired:

- Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
- Working knowledge of CRM Systems
- Knowledge of the IT landscape and jobroles

**Section C: Roles and Responsibilities**
- Lead the coordination with internal teams and group heads to produce client proposals on Academy services.
- Work together with the Finance team on relevant supporting documents to win new business.
- Work with Legal team to ensure accuracy of all client's agreements and legal documentation.
- Ensure creation of and use approved marketing collaterals and send across right message to potential clients.
- Be part of RFI/RFP response development & managing pursuits end-to-end while adhering to timelines across various APAC hubs, local and global stakeholder groups for Academy solutions.
- Responsible for coordinating sales activities throughout the sales process including qualification, discovery, proposal, pricing and presentation, assisting with new contract pricing and analysis where required.
- Undertake and manage due diligence in respect of potential clients.
- Take an active part in the planning and implementation of the Academy service delivery with the operations team.
- Track Gross Profit & Revenue achievement against target.
- Input to the pipeline and prospecting process ensuring accurate data capture into the CRM system
- Support ad-hoc client events, as needed.
- Submit weekly sales pipeline and operations reports against potential clients and manage accounts.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
