**About the Role**

**Key Responsibility Areas**:

- Manage internal/external service accounts and access within the organization.
- Ecommerce/website monitoring - Monitor and report website health and uptime.
- Domain Management - Responsible for maintaining DNS records.
- Integration Support; Support and troubleshoot issues reported with various integrations.
- Ecommerce Payment gateway support and issue resolution - Coordinate issues with various payment gateways for timely resolutions.
- Version Control - Maintain version control of various ecommerce plugins and services. Work with development team for timely upgrades.
- Vendor Management - Maintain record of various vendors and PICs contact info.
- Documentation - Create and maintain various technical documents & SOPs.
- DevOps support for ecommerce and other websites.

**Key Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in IT infra and services.
- Personal attributes:

- Expertise in documentation management.
- Understands SDLC processes.
- Working experience with ecommerce platforms like Shopify, WordPress, Salesforce.
- Experience in AWS cloud services.
- Software development skills will be an added advantage.
- Tech Savvy, fast learner and flexible/open to try new things.
- Languages: Fluent English and both in written and spoken. Knowledge of other language is added advantage.
