- Preferable 2 years of similar work experience.
**Job Description**:

- Schedule meetings and manage calendars ( Specially with Government offices like Police Marine, Coast Guard, Navy etc)
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings and maintain clear record.
- Help with daily time management.
- Run errands as requested.
- Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation.
- Coordinate events and speaking engagements for Senior officials of company
- Willing to Socialize at professional levels.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
