**QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- 0-5 years working experience in ICT Technical Support, specifically in Service Desk / Contact Centre.
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Melayu in spoken & written

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- ICT Technical Support: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
