- Oversee and manage the divisions/departments within the company to achieve team goals.
- Manage the hotel's branding, public relations and events.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management / Marketing / Hospitality Management or related qualification.
- At least five (5) years of proven hotel operations leadership experience with a capability for strategic decision making and demonstrated financial business acumen.
- Demonstrated success and leadership in the areas of customer satisfaction, operational excellence, employee satisfaction, revenue and profit.
- Familiar in playing a strategic role and experienced in marketing and planning.
- Have excellent organizational, influencing and communication skills.

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
