**General Manager** to lead and drive our sales department's growth as we expand our market presence.

**Position Summary**: As General Manager, your primary focus will be on spearheading the growth and expansion of our market reach. You will lead the sales team as well as oversee the entire business operations, develop strategic sales plans, and establish strong relationships with clients to drive revenue growth and achieve our business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy and Leadership**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's expansion goals and vision.
- Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize market penetration. Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients to drive business growth. - **Market Expansion**:

- Formulate and execute strategies to expand our market presence by identifying new target markets and segments. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and retailers to drive product distribution and sales. - **Client Relationship Management**:

- Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing their needs and concerns while providing innovative solutions. - **Sales Operations**:

- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales support. Monitor sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs), making data-driven decisions for improvement. - **Team Leadership and Development**:

- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance. Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment that drives success. - **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and consumer preferences. Utilize insights to refine sales strategies and develop targeted marketing campaigns. - **Budget and Forecasting**:

- Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts. Ensure effective resource allocation and cost management to maximize profitability. **Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven track record of at least 8 years in a senior sales leadership role within the FMCG manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of FMCG sales processes, distribution networks, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and guide sales teams to success.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and execute effective sales strategies.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven decision-maker with analytical abilities to interpret market data and trends. Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and market expansion challenges.
