Personal Assistant to General Manager

**Location**:Kuala Lumpur
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost professionalism.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external meetings.
- Organize and maintain the GM’s office, ensuring all files, documents, and correspondence are accurately managed.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the General Manager.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as required.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines.
- Assist the GM in planning and organizing company events or activities.
- Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive matters.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and verbal).
