**Company Information**

Well known construction engineering firm is seeking an enthusiastic admin assistant to join their team. You will be reporting to the Managing Director, assisting on the day-to-day admin and operations portfolio. They offer attractive salary packages and benefits.
- **Office Administration**:_
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and ordering as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records (quotation, invoice, etc.)
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments, and maintain office calendars
- Assist in sales and marketing activities
- **Personal Assistance**:_
- Provide personal support to Managing Director in all matters including secretarial duties, personal, administrative, confidential matters
- Dealing with general correspondence with external parties
- Assist on personal errands assigned or any other assignments as an when required
- Assist with scheduling personal appointments and managing calendars.
- Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation.
- Handle personal errands and tasks as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all personal matters.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and expense tracking.
- Prepare and submit expense reports
- **Document Preparation**:_
- Create and format documents, presentations, and reports as needed
- Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and clarity
- Manage digital and physical filing systems for documents

**Job Requirements**
- Proven experience as an office administrator, personal assistant, or in a similar role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High degree of professionalism and confidentiality
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
