**JOB DESCRIPTION**

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin Executive Cum Personal Assistant position, located in Kuala Lumpur. She/He will be responsible for managing daily administrative operations, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings and travel, managing calendars, and providing other general support to senior management. She/He will also be expected to be proactive in problem-solving and continuously improve overall organizational effectiveness.
- Handles administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, correspondences, coordinating & following up on pending matters.
- Provide support and assistance to other departments and initiatives as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all personal matters.
- Liaise with company Secretary, insurance/tax agents/auditors and tenants to carry out job tasks.
- Handling group PA/fire/motor vehicles insurance for renewal of road tax and insurance.
- Any other ad-hoc projects and tasks as per management required.
- Handling requirements by statutory bodies from time to time.

**Job Requirement**
- Able to start immediately
- At least 3-5 years working experience in Administration / Secretarial Management or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Provide personal support to senior management as required.
- Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle personal errands and tasks as assigned.
- Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Must be a good team player.
- Able to work independently, under pressure and deal tactfully with people at all levels.
